Drunkards Association fires Central Reg. Youth organizer for abusing “Akpeteshie”

Ghana Drunkards Association has dismissed its Central Regional Youth Organizer, Peter Kwao Lartey, for drinking in excess the prescribed alcohol specified for members of the association.

The dismissal of Peter Kwao Lartey comes after he removed his panties during a stage performance where he was supposed to educate members of the association on the need to practice responsible drinking.

Peter Kwao Lartey has also been banned from drinking and buying alcohol from any bar in Ghana.

Speaking to Atinka News President for the Association, Moses Dry bone, noted that the dismissal forms part of the associations objective in maintaining good conduct of members of the association as well as new members.

“We would like to tell Ghanaian that our central regional youth organizer, Peter Kwao Lartey, popularly known as Original Shana has been dismissed for his misconduct on stage by removing his panties during performances where he was supposed to educate our members on responsible drinking… His dismissal goes along with an immediate ban on him drinking alcohol in any bar. Our members across the nation are to use his sanctions as lesson to desist from all form of indecency during public gatherings,” he said.
