BREAKING: Ghana Revenue Authority office at Ring Road Central in flames. (Video +Photos)

The fire has split through one of the top floor offices of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Head Office Annex at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle area, Sunday.

Eyewitnesses say black smoke began to fill the clear Sunday sky around 9:00 am before the raging flames became visible.
