The incident attracted scores of residents to the scene which is near Nsukwao Spreadigle area on Wednesday afternoon.

The Prophet whose name is yet to be identified was noted to be performing miracles when he used to operate in the building he rented which attracted many persons to his church until he left Koforidua.

Information gathered indicates the landlord, Bright Koranteng also a pastor recently sold the place to Zoe Ministry Outreach church which also decided to demolish the building and build a new temple hence the discovery by the workers on site

The Landlord told Starr News, “My church is the Lord’s Pentecostal Church International. I spent two years in this building before we relocated. So subsequently, a pastor in charge of King of Fire Ministry International approached me in 2015 to rent the structure.

“Last year around may June I noticed he has left. I even went to Rent Control to take back my property but they told me I need to wait for the rent to expire on March 31, 2019, and if he fails to come I can go ahead to break into the church building.”

He added: “Whenever I came around I noticed that the entrance of the building has been cemented anew with carpet on it so until I broke into the church I never knew these things have been planted here. I suspect he used it to worship.”
