Former Tein Vice President at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Mr.Rock Dery has called on the government to sack CID Boss, Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah for gross incompetence and disgrace to women empowerment.
According to him the CID boss, Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah must be sack with immediate effect over her indecent exhibition of incompetence. It has always been the duty of the police to protect lives and help to fight crime. But in the case of Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah her posture seems not to be in line with the police act. The CID boss seems to be working in the interest of the Nana Addo Danquah agenda.
It is very sad for a woman who has risen from almost all the ranks in the police service to playing with the emotions of the families of these girls. If these girls were children of Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah, would she have entertained that ridicule when a national press conference is organised to give her false hope? Is it how the police have turned to be.
Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah is a disappointment to the “women empowerment agenda”. Her posture seems women are not capable of handling higher office. She has really soiled the image of women holding higher offices here in Ghana and across the world. It is therefore obvious that the integrity and hard earned image of some women in high office is in doubt because of Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah. The CID boss should bow her head in shame and resign with immediate effect for the denting the image of women here in Ghana and across the world.
We are aware both spiritually and physically how woefully the NPP will loose power come 2020. We are also aware the demand from some spiritualist for the girls to be sacrificed to secure victory for them come 2020. It is in this vain that Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah who is eyeing the position of Inspector General of Police (IGP) is dancing to whims and caprice of the Nana Addo Danquah administration in order to secure that slot.
Is it the way forward? That such an incompetent Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah who did not take caution in her nationwide press conference and her exhibition of double standards which is against the police code will be allowed to see the light of the day without any sanctions? I will deeply regret my persistent call on “women empowerment” if Maame Tiwa Addo-Danquah is not sacked or resign from office.
