Shatta Wale has officially been enskinned by the Chief of Tamale, Nyeb-Dakpema Fusieni Bawa as “Dancehall Naa” (Dancehall King).
The ‘Ayoo’ hitmaker has often brandished this name for a while, which has often been a bone of contention between him and Samini, Stonebwoy and other Dancehall artist in the country.
The ceremony took place today, 7 June, at Dakpema Palace in Tamale. Taking to his social media pages, Shatta Wale thanked the Chiefs, elders and the people of Tamale for bestowing such an honour upon him.

Shatta Wale is however in the Northern part of the country ahead of a concert and he will be performing with Maccasio at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium this Saturday, June 8, 2019.
Don’t forget Maccasio is hailed as one of the best artists from the Northern partof the country.
