The New Ghana Football Association administration have been tasked by the Legislature to achieve five targets during their tenure in office.
Parliamentary Select Committee on Sports, Youth and Culture has set targets for the new administration of the Ghana FA.
According to Accra-based radio station Angel FM, the five shortlisted targets was presented to the speaker of Parliament on Wednesday.
The new Ghana FA led by Kurt Okraku has been tasked to qualify the West African nation to the 2022 FIFA World Cup after missing out in the last edition.
Also, the Black Stars should reached the semis of the FIFA World Cup which will be held in Qatar and consistently appear in top ten nations on the FIFA Ranking.
The Parliament of Ghana have also tasked the Ghana FA to end the country’s Africa Cup of Nations trophy drought and make the Ghana Premier League regain its status as the best on continent.
Lastly, the Ghana Football Association are to lay down approaches to curb corruption in the country’s football.
The new Ghana FA led by Kurt Okraku were elected into office last Friday to run the Ghana Football until 2023.
