PLANTING FOR FOOD AND EXPORT, CHIEF EMPLOYS OVER 50 YOUTHS INTO COCONUT FARMING

The Youths in the Ajumako Apaa in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of the Central Region has up louse their Chief of the area Nana Kwame Adjei the Chief Regent of Ekumfi Swedru for providing them Job which has enable them to also earn a living.

We are at home without doing any work which prevent us from paying our wards school fees and even printing fees and buying of books for our wards.

 

The Chief has employed these Youths in the planting of Coconut to help the government Planting for Food and Export initiatives policy.

Some of the Beneficiaries expressed their experienced and gratitude to the Chief for employing them.

In addition, Nana Kwame Adjei II also advised all the Ghanian Chiefs to imitate what he has done to also enable their Youths to get work to do.

They should stop selling Lands but do work on it that will benefits the people in the community.

I will also advised them to desist from Chieftaincy disputes and Land Dispute and concentrate on how their community will be develop he disclosed.

I am ready to employ all the people in my community if the government also assist me in my farming, am planning to at least make every Youth in my community to also enjoys in life to help prevent social vices which has become rampant in my Community here he added.
