A/R: NDC Executives Gives KMA Two weeks Ultimatum To Open Kejetia Market Or Face Massive Demonstration

Exercutives of the opposition National Democratic Congress have given authorities of Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly ending of this month to open Kajetia Market to the general public or face series of demonstrations.

According to the regional chairman, Augustus Andrews popularly known as Nana Akwasi, most of the Mahama led projects in the Ashanti Region have been abandoned by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo led government because of hypocrisy.

He cited, the Kajetia redevelopment project started by His Excellency the former president, John Dramani Mahama as one of the numerous projects that need to be commissioned and handed over to the traders.

He said this yesterday at the NDC Ashanti Regional party office at Amakom during end of year party organized by the women’s wing of the party in the Ashanti Region.
