Two policemen arrested for stealing 25Kg of Heroin kept at station as exhibit

The quest of two policemen to make quick cash by stealing 25Kg of Heroin kept in the safe at the police station as an exhibit and selling them to someone has landed them in big trouble.

While devising ways to enable them escape with the booty which they eventually succeeded, they were captured by Closed-circuit television (CCTV) escaping with the drug worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
According to police investigators, the drugs were seized from suspected traffickers during a drug bust and after investigations was kept as exhibits pending the final determination of the case in court.

But Corporal Alloys Onyango and Constable Arbanus Mutunga who were at the police station where the Heroin had been kept, decided to steal them and make a fortune but luck run out of them and they were arrested.

Both have since been charged for stealing by the Kenyan Police while one of them who was recently reported to have entered someone’s house without authority faces an additional charge of unlawfully  breaking into a building and committing a felony.
